MKS served as Construction Manager for Phase I of Franke Park's Renaissance, delivering a new entrance off Goshen Road, an accessible bridge, expanded multi-use trails, and the 6,000 square foot McMillen Family Pavilion, a community event space accommodating up to 400 guests.
